Nord Slat is committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that occasionally you may need to return a product, and we're here to help.

We offer full refunds on all orders up until tracking information has been provided via email. If you wish to request a refund for an order that has not yet been processed, please contact us at hello@nordslat.com. Once an order has been processed and tracking information has been sent, we cannot issue full refunds.

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please notify us via email at hello@nordslat.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number and the tracking number of the returned item in order to be eligible for a refund. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To be eligible for a full refund, your order must be securely packaged and shipped in its original packaging. You assume the risk that the item could be damaged during transit.

We regret to inform you that samples are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, we offer a refund for the cost of the sample if you place an order containing at least one (1) Nord Panel.

Before your refund can be processed, we must receive your order at the return address provided to you via email. Additionally, your order must be in new, unused, and resalable condition in order to receive a full refund. The product cannot have any holes, marks, defects, or any aftermarket alterations that would affect its retail value. If the product has been used or damaged, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your order, if it is free from any damages or signs of use, we will promptly initiate your refund. Your refund will be returned to the same credit card or PayPal account you used for your purchase. You will receive an email notification as soon as the refund has been initiated. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

Damaged Shipments

In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us assess the issue, we need:

  • Photos of all 4 sides of the box as it was delivered
  • Photos showing the entire damaged product
  • Close-up shots of the specific damage
  • Photos from various angles and distances

This documentation is necessary for us to provide a full solution. Once we receive these photos, we'll work quickly to resolve the situation. We may offer replacement parts or a full product replacement, depending on the extent of the damage.

Our goal is to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition, and we'll address any issues promptly.
